20% !!! I thought i was a control freak. well at least that within my relationship, i am a bigger "control freak" i like things planned out, even a no agenda day has to be a planned one. i work as an Administrator, and the impression that some gets for such a profession is that its normally run by some head mistress liked figure who bosses around and make sure everything is done under the scrutiny of the pair of eyes hung behind a pair of glasses rested on the bridge of the nose.
But i think over the years, i have learnt to trust people more, and come to realise that my plans are not always the best but there is always room for God to move through my planning. Because of being in the ministry that is more to do with people than tasks, God has helped me to be more flexible and adaptable, which is great. if not for that i think i would be burnt out; on top of that i wouldn't have learnt how to grow in my character to work with people and embrace suggestions.
i am still not perfect. i think i am still a control freak in the kitchen. Everything needs to be washed, in order, cleaned. when i cook, haha, i am still the boss! **gRiN :)
