Passion

God reminded me this morning about passion. Passion for Him, Passion for people and Passion for His Great Commission. He reminded me how all 3 are part of 1 and none can do without another. I pondered especially in the area of Passion for people and I asked how much do i love His people? Sometimes in hesitation to delegate tasks and duties to people, was it because of truely loving them and that hesitation comes out of concern on how they are going to cope or does the hesitation come out of fear of their reaction towards the tasks given? I figured that i often have a mixture of both and I repented of times in leadership and ministry that i did not do so out of love but have focused upon the "getting things done". God help me that my heart be enlarged so that i can have such passions you would be pleased!
