HIS PERFECT TIMING

Praise God! I got my PR on Thursday!

this speaks of God's perfect timing, nothing more, nothing less. His ways are indeed higher!

remember 2 entries ago, i wrote about a prayer request: PR by the end of November but in the mean time, i told God earlier in the week that it will be nice to get my PR approvals before Kel leaves for Singapore. On Thursday, just before i left the office, i felt a tugging in my heart to check my application status online. i haven't even done that before but thought since i was prompted to, i did an online search and found the link to checking the application status!

to summarise the matter, i saw my status as "23/11/2006 applicant approved". i couldn't believe my eyes and i was confused since my agent has not contacted me! so i called them up and realised that the agents normally get to know the updates of status a day after approvals and website updates are released first!

this was great..and was perfect timing, because Kel flew off on Friday morning and if i wasn't prompted we would have known only after his departure. so now it gives us maximum amount of time for fiance visa application, since i could only apply for that after he leaves the country.

i suppose you can sense my excitment as i rattle on. But this PR really affirmed of that decision i've made to stay on in Australia. though the entire process hasn't been the smoothest especially through my studies, but i was glad i walked with Him.

God's promises hold true and it's such a blessing to trust in Him.
